ALERT: Nic Roldan's Sunset Polo & White Party Rescheduled for Thursday, March 31, Due to Expected Heavy Rainfall on Friday Night

Wellington, FL - March 24, 2016 - Due to heavy rainfall expected on Friday evening, March 25, the inaugural Nic Roldan's Sunset Polo & White Party has been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 at The Wanderers Club.

Nic Roldan is the first polo ambassador for Brooke USA, and has played a pivotal role in raising awareness for the organization. Roldan brings the focus of the event to continue to educate the public about Brooke USA and raising funds towards their cause.

Brooke USA is part of a legacy founded in improving the lives of equines around the world, providing veterinary care, education, and resources to care for horses, donkeys, and mules. Brooke USA supports the work of the The Brooke, and has traveled to some of the most impoverished areas around the world for the last 80 years, helping over 1.8 million equines. In doing this, The Brooke has assisted over 10 million people that rely on these animals, people that sometimes making less than one dollar a day.

This one-of-a-kind event will hold a polo game with some of the biggest names in the sport. Leading American Polo Player and 8-goaler, Nic Roldan will lead the grey team with Grant Ganzi (1), Henry Porter (0) and Timmy Dutta (0) riding alongside. It is 6-goaler Kris Kampsen heading the orange team, with 5-goaler Brandon Phillips, Michael Bellissimo (0) and Ricky Mershad (0) rounding out the team.

Owners of The Wanderers Club, Katherine and Mark Bellissimo, are generously hosting the event. It is sure to be the talk of the season with live and silent auctions, a pool-side white-themed party, and a fully stocked bar. The event is for all ages, with face painting, a meet and greet with the miniature donkeys, a full asado, photo booth and autograph signings with the Team Brooke USA Grey and Orange Teams.

Previous donations towards admission are non-refundable, and will be honored for the rescheduled event. Nic Roldan and Brooke USA thanks everyone for their cooperation and understanding.
